We do not process personal data of children (below 18 years) without verifiable parental consent, in accordance with applicable law. We do not undertake tracking, behavioural monitoring, or targeted advertising directed at children.

14. STANDARDS AGAINST CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE AND EXPLOITATION (CSAE)

Central Chinmaya Mission Trust ("CCMT"), as the developer and operator of the ChinmayaClix platform, maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

We are committed to ensuring that our platform is not used for any unlawful or harmful activities involving children.

14.1. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • 14.1.1. Creating, uploading, sharing, or distributing any content or activity that constitutes or promotes, facilitates, or attempts to engage in child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or trafficking
  • 14.1.2. Engaging in any activity that exploits, harms, or endangers minors
  • 14.1.3. Attempting to contact, groom, or solicit minors for inappropriate purposes

14.2. Detection and Monitoring

We may implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to:

  • 14.2.1. Detect and prevent CSAE-related content or activity
  • 14.2.2. Monitor platform usage patterns for suspicious behaviour
  • 14.2.3. Take preventive action where required

14.3. Reporting and Removal

  • 14.3.1. Users may report concerns, including CSAE-related content, through in-app reporting tools or by contacting CCMT at ccmt@chinmayamission.com
  • 14.3.2. Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAE or CSAM, CCMT will take prompt action, including removal of such content, disabling access, and suspension or termination of accounts, in accordance with applicable law.
  • 14.3.3. Where required under applicable law, CCMT will report confirmed instances of CSAM to appropriate authorities, including relevant law enforcement agencies or designated child protection bodies.
  • 14.3.4. CCMT will fully cooperate with appropriate law enforcement and regulatory authorities in investigating CSAE-related offences, including reporting as required under applicable law.

14.4. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and does not harm or exploit minors in any manner.

15. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We periodically review and update this Privacy Policy including our child safety practices from time to time in line with evolving legal and regulatory standards. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
