Rudram Chamakam

Rudram, which describes the epithets of Lord Shiva, to which is added the Chamakam which is our prayer to Him, is a stotram taken from the Yajur Veda. The Rudram is chanted for invoking the Lord and Chamakam is chanted to express our gratitude for His blessings. Chanted by the Brahmacharis of the Vedanta Course in Sandeepany Sadhanalaya, this compilation of chants and stotras are pleasant and potent. The compilation includes the Laghu Nyasam, Rudram with all eleven anuvakas, Chamakam and Mantra Pushpam. Bonus additions are the Shiva Upasana Mantram and the Shivaparadha Kshamarpana Stotram.

Susheela Acharya is  a singer, a composer, a lyricist, a music Guru, a Harmonium accompanist, an actress and a seamstress.  She can compose songs at the drop of a hat and has supplied a storehouse of bhajans to the Chinmaya Mission. She has also directed several audio-visual musicals under the auspices of Chinmaya Yuva Kendra, with guidance from Pujya Gurudev Swami Chinmayananda.
