A lucid dialogue between Rajarshi Janaka and Ashtavakra systematically deals with mystical experiences of the spiritual reality.
To all advanced students of meditation, Ashtavakra Geeta directly points out the way and the goal.
O King! Just as the shape of a temple does not affect the akasha (sky), the crookedness of the physical body has no effect on the Atma (Soul). A wise man has Atma Drishti in other words, he looks at the Reality behind this manifested world, whereas an ignorant one had Karma Drishti in other words, he gets lost in names and forms, said the young sage who was an expert in Yoga Vidya as well as established in Self-Knowledge.
Ashtavakra Geeta is a short treatise of Advaita Vedanta which systematically deals with the mystical experiences of the individual in his flight to the transcendental peace and Bliss. The subtle philosophical truths are expounded in the form of a lucid dialogue between the teenager Sage Ashtavakra and his royal disciple, the King-seer Janaka.
To Ashtavakra, Self Knowledge through direct mystical intuition is the only goal to be reached and experienced in the dynamic silence of one’s own deepest meditation.

Vedanta is the science of life. It shows us the gateway to peace and happiness. To understand this subtle science, knowledge of certain terms and concepts is mandatory. That is why we have prakarana-granthas or introductory books which explain the definitions of the special terms used in our sastras.
Bhagavan Sankaracharya’s Atmabodha is one such text. It is a scientific journey, throwing light on the subtle concepts present in our sastras. With striking examples and ingenioius poetry he guides the reader along the path of Vedanta terminology.

The authoritative basic texts on Vedanta are the Upanishads, Bhagavad-Gita and the Brahmasutra. These three texts are together called the ‘Prasthanatraya’. The Brahmasutra consists of 555 sutras, which are presented in four chapters. Sri Veda Vyasa, the author of Brahmasutra has systematized the thoughts of Upanisads and resolved their seeming contradiction and conflicting thoughts herein, thus giving us all a crystal clear idea of the entire Vedantic Philosophy. Sri Adi Sankara has written a very lucid and thought-provoking commentary on the Brahmasutra. The first four Brahmasutras with the commentary by Sri Adi Sankara indeed contains the entire crux of the Advaita Vedanta, which are called the ‘Catuh-Sutri’.

Bhagavan Shankaracharya was a consumate spiritual genius, poet, thinker, writer, crusader, advaitin and bhakta all rolled into one.
In this Hymn, Forgive me, the seeker is on the wholesale confessional mode – sincerely remorseful for relegating the Lord to an insignificant position in his life.
The greatest spiritual sin is amnesia of the One responsible for our very existence. Swami Chinmayananda’s vivid and lucid explanation makes this deceptively short text a cathartic release for any devotee. Just fourteen verses – but they lead up the devotee to a hysteric release and resurrection! Experience it for yourself!

With a hundred verses divided into four sections, the Hymn to the Lord of Badri is a rare work of artistic elegance, of philosophical depths and of emotional beauty. Penned by the great sage, Swami Tapovanam, it presents a summary of the highest Truth, charting a clear path for the seeker to follow. Written during his sojourns to the pilgrim centre of Badrinath, the garland of hymns explores the entire spectrum of Vedanta, from discussing superimposition and negation to elaborating on the spiritual practices to be followed and the results we experience.
Pujya Guruji Swami Tejomayananda has expounded on this text for the first time at Chinmaya Vibhooti in May 2018 which will help lift us out of the morass into the divine light.
