The Guru Padukas of the Guru symbolize the Truth or Self-Knowledge, which we can realize in our life. We worship the Guru for the strength of the knowledge he stands for. The padukas symbolize spiritual wisdom and are thus venerated.

May we worship and invoke the Guru Padukas with the knowledge that:

1. It is the goal, which we have to discover as humans.

2. It is the means, that is, humility.

3. Helps us to invoke and express Gratitude

4. Hard hittings of the master to blast our ego.

5. The word meaning – to protect, to burn and to shine.
